Junior Implementation Specialist
Your role
As an implementation specialist, you will be a customer-facing expert who plays a key role in delivering both Valkeen´s and Tempus Resource´s solution and services to our customers. Whether you are “learning-on-the-job” or join our team with more experience, you should have an entrepreneurial spirit, embody critical thinking and a consultative mindset.
- Languages: English (fluent), German (optional)
- Location: Remote, flexible and customer oriented
Your tasks
- Before implementing Tempus Resource you will – together with our experienced consultants – provide in-depth guidance to our customers by aligning their specific business needs and goals with the capabilities of Tempus Resource
- Translate customer use cases and business requirements into a concrete roadmap for parameterizing and implementing Tempus Resource at international companies
- Coordinate and define an implementation plan, where milestones and timelines are met accordingly, showcasing your consulting skills, clear communication, and good time management
- Train our customers building their own capabilities and confidence in the software
- Resolve customer issues, alone and through collaboration with other Valkeen and Tempus Resource teams
- Approach all situations with curiosity and creativity, and be able to anticipate and adjust unexpected roadblocks
- Build strong customer relationships through the implementation process and beyond by maintaining a high level of engagement and communication
- Conduct quality assurance checks and testing during implementations to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Proactively advice our customers on future developments
Your qualification (must)
- Ability to gain deep technical knowledge of product(s) supported (Tempus Resource)
- Strong experience with Excel
- Project management skills: Ability to break down work into steps and to develop and maintain schedules and tasks
- Must be comfortable with learning at a fast pace and learning on the job
- Self-motivated with good time management and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal: Consistent diplomacy and tact when working through customer issues and escalations at all levels
Your qualification (optional)
- Experience with IT, software implementation or systems integration
- Experience with process architecture and the ability to analyze customer processes, translating them into solutions
- Knowledge of underlying functional and/or technical capabilities with project/ financial/ capacity/ resource management, PPM, product development, lean and agile delivery, etc.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, management of information science, any technical/software engineering field(s), business (or related degree) or demonstrated relevant experience
- Experience with basic technology tools including MS Office, Visio, MS Project, Power BI, SQL and data banks
- Related certifications or industry designations preferred (e.g. LPM, SAFe, PMP, CPA, etc.)
